A dopamin D3-receptorok története 30 évre nyúlik vissza. A D3-receptorokról szóló közleménysorozat jelen, harmadik része áttekintést kíván nyújtani az e receptor altípusra ható hatóanyagok klinikai fejlesztéséről és terápiás profiljáról. Néhány hatóanyag ezek közül fontos tagja azon terapeutikumoknak, amelyek hatásosan képesek javítani a neurológiai és pszichiátriai kórképeket. Egyes dopamin D3-recetor agonisták, mint például a pramiprexol vagy ropirinol a Parinson-kór vagy a nyugtalan láb szindróma hatásos gyógyszerei, míg a D3-receptort preferáló D3 /D2 antagonista/parciális agonista kariprazin egy új harmadik generációs atípusos antipszichotikum a szkizofrémia, bipoláris mánia és depresszió kezelésére. Az elmúlt 30 év során tehát a D3-receptorra ható szelektív szerek a mindennapi teráiás gyakorlat hasznos tagjaivá váltak.

Laszlovszky I: Drugs acting on dopamine D3 receptors: Clinical studies and therapeutic profiles

The history of dopamine D3 receptors looks back on 30 years. In this third part of a series on D3 receptors it was intended to give an overview on the clinical developments and the therapeutic profile of the drugs acting on this receptor subtype. Some of these drugs are important members of such therapeutics which can efficiently treat neurological or psychotic disorders. Dopamine D3 receptor agonist i.e. pramipexole or ropinirole are potent drugs for the treatment of Parkinson disease or restless leg syndrome, while the D3 receptor preferring D3/D2 antagonist/partial agonist cariprazine is a new third generation atypical antipsychotic for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar mania and depression. Thus, in the last 30 years the D3 receptor selective drugs become a valuable member of the everyday therapeutic practice.

A törzskönyvezett, engedélyezett oltóanyagok minden egyes gyártási tétele többszintű laboratóriumi ellenőrzésen esik át. A folyamatot szintén többszintű előírások, követelmények, jogszabályok biztosítják, a minőségbiztosítás elveit alkalmazva.

Pauliny Zs: Licensing and quality control of immunobiological products (vaccines) in the European Union and Hungary

Vaccines are authorized in the European Union by the European Commission on a proposal from the European Medicines Agency (EMA). The placing on the market of immunobiological products in Hungary is authorized by the National Institute of Pharmacy and Food (OGYÉI). In this procedure, the National Center for Public Health (NNK) participates as a designated specialist authority, preparing a specialist authority resolution. Each batch of registered, authorized vaccines undergoes multi-level laboratory testing. The process is also ensured by multi-level regulations, requirements and legislation, applying the principles of quality assurance. OGYÉI and NNK are members of the European Network of Official Control Laboratories (OMCL), together with NÉBIH, which examines veterinary medicinal products.

In Hungary, the National Public Health Center is entitled to release batches of vaccines on the basis of legislation, which is also valid in the current epidemiological situation, in connection with the approved COVID-19 vaccines. The purpose of this paper is to describe EU and domestic regulations, batch release, and to present laboratory tests used during quality control.

Every field of science has its own literature nowadays, however, it has not always been like this. It was extremely difficult to find any books on science written in Hungarian in the beginning of the 1800’s. It was a real struggle if an expert wanted to inform in Hungarian his contemporary fellow scientists. Alajos Mannó, who the present article is about, carried out such a pioneer work.

Világszerte egyre növekvő méreteket ölt a baktériumok antibiotikum rezisztenciája. A rezisztens törzsek (például a karbapenem-rezisztens Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a vankomicin-rezisztens Enterococcus faecium, a meticillin-rezisztens Staphylococcus aureus) rohamos terjedése miatt egyre sürgetőbb az igény új antibiotikumok, antibiotikum kombinációk forgalomba hozatalára.

Szőcs Zs, Dobay O: Antibiotic developments over the last few years

Antibiotic resistance of bacteria has been an ever increasing problem worldwide. Because of the rapid emergence and spread of resistant strains (such as carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus), there is an urgent need to develop novel antibiotics and drug combinations. In this summary we would like to summarize some of the newly licensed antibiotics, and some other compounds which are under development with the hope to find them efficacious agains resistent bacteria strains.

A Magyar Gyógyszerészhallgatók Egyesülete (HuPSA) gyógyszerészek jelentkezését várja Karrieriránytű elnevezésű mentorprogramjába.
